10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Every year some of our fine feathered friends stay in Nova Scotia during the Cold Snowy and Blowy Winter Months. Find out who these tough little birds are and some of the amazing ways they keep warm in the winter. We will be walking from the Rail Trail in Berwick to a local feeder site to count the birds and submit the data to the Cornell Bird count site – http://feederwatch.org/about/project-overview/.
Event will be on December 19th 10am to noon and we will park and meet at at the Rail Trail in Berwick where we will walk up to the feeder site and then back to the cars for noon.
Wear clothes appropriate for the weather as we are outside the whole time.
