On a special date – Feb. 11 – we’ll hear about two special Nova Scotian wildlife species – Black Bear and Eastern Coyote – from (retired) wildlife specialist Jenny Costello. Learn the truth, not the fiction, about two misunderstood creatures in the wildlife world: black bears and coyotes. Thankfully Nova Scotia still has a healthy population of both species. Life histories and behaviour will be discussed in this presentation. These animals can only stay wild, wary and free with our help.
